This position offers a home-based work opportunity. The successful candidate must reside in one of the following states: MN, WI, or IA.
Frequent travel with some overnight stays will be required.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of five years of workers' compensation claims handling experience is required
- Experience in working with Third Party Administrators (TPA) clients is preferred
- Multi-functional experience in claims management, claims administration and/or account management is desirable
- Proven decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid drivers' license required.
