About the Role
In this opportunity as a Client Relations Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
Research and Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on various topics relevant to client needs
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to interpret data
- Prepare detailed and insightful reports, presentations, and executive summaries
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients-ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their objectives and providing tailored solutions
- Communicate regularly with clients to update them on research progress, findings, and any relevant industry trends.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with internal teams to align research efforts with client goals
- Collaborate with other analysts and team members to share insights and best practices
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions
- Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and emerging research methodologies
About You
You're a fit for the role of Client Relations Manager if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as a Research Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on client relationship management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in research tools, software, and databases.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
