Major/Essential Functions
This Position will  support the revenue cycle system of the Lubbock MPIP business office operations in the following ways:
  • Evaluate data to support decisions and provide suggestions for improvements to stakeholders.
  • Leads other analyst, in supporting departmental and Institutional system needs.
  • Assist in the creation, review, and implementation of revised or new processes, create procedures, delegate work to team members, and assess team performance.
  • Assist the Director of System Support  with maintenance of a high volume of support issues.
  • Provides high-level assistance for the team pertaining to a variety of applications and systems.  
  • Collaborates with application support teams, institutional leadership, and software vendors to resolve business-related issues as needed.

This Position is a Hybrid Remote Worker position
