Position Summary:
The Senior Private Banking Consultant plays a pivotal role in enhancing client relationships by identifying opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships. This position independently provides expert advice on clients' financial needs, showcasing the full spectrum of our Private Banking services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive new business inflows across all product lines (Credit, Investments, Deposit) within the existing client portfolio, identifying suitable prospects within defined target markets.
2. Lead complex credit transactions, including structured credit deals.
3. Foster organic growth in book balances and year-over-year revenue.
4. Act as the Chief Operations Officer for the client team, coordinating relationship management activities to ensure an exceptional client experience.
5. Identify integration opportunities with internal partners (Commercial, Small Business, etc.).
6. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence for new client acquisition.
7. Cross-sell products to existing clients.
8. Analyze clients' financial data or investment objectives, recommending strategies aligned with their risk profiles and financial statements.
9. Ensure timely and efficient communication of relevant information to the credit department for proper underwriting and decision-making.
10. Collaborate with the credit department for underwriting credits exceeding individual lending limits and utilize the small business lending center for applicable credits.

Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Complete annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it pertains to the role.
2. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5-7 years of experience managing relationships with high-net-worth clients required.
- Experience in credit origination required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and partnership abilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking and credit, including investments, trust, and wealth transfer.
- Proficient in developing sales and negotiation skills for effective business development.
- Ability to engage with and cultivate centers of influence and referral sources.
- Strong understanding of products and services relevant to the target client segment.
- Awareness of the business implications of decisions, with a focus on profitability and alignment with strategic goals.
- Basic understanding of credit underwriting.

Licenses and Certifications:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred.
- Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) preferred.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Compensation:
The targeted salary for this role is competitive and may include incentive compensation and benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Health Savings Account, and Paid Time Off. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skills.
