Position Overview:
The Senior Wealth Management Advisor plays a crucial role in enhancing client relationships by identifying opportunities to strengthen existing connections. This position independently advises clients on their financial needs while showcasing the full spectrum of our Private Banking services.

The advisor will establish and nurture relationships with both internal and external partners, as well as Centers of Influence (COIs), to uncover new prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive new business inflows across all product lines (Credit, Investments, Deposit) within the existing client portfolio, identifying suitable prospects within defined target markets.
2. Lead complex credit opportunities, including structured credit transactions.
3. Foster organic growth in book balances and year-over-year revenue.
4. Act as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) for the client team, coordinating relationship management activities and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional client experience.
5. Identify integration opportunities for business collaboration with internal partners (Commercial, Small Business, etc.).
6. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence to facilitate new client acquisition.
7. Cross-sell products to existing clients.
8. Assess clients' financial data or investment goals and recommend strategies aligned with their risk profiles and financial statements.

Ensure timely and efficient communication of all relevant information to the credit department to facilitate appropriate underwriting and decision-making for our clients.

Utilize the credit department for underwriting assistance on all credits exceeding individual lending limits, and engage the small business lending center for all credits within the small business scope, concluding the underwriting process in collaboration with the credit department.

Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Complete the annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it pertains to the role.
2. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5-7 years of experience managing relationships with high-net-worth clients required.
- Credit origination experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent teamwork capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and partnership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banking and credit, with a general understanding of investments, trusts, and wealth transfer.
- Ability to develop effective sales and negotiation skills for business development.
- Proficient in engaging with and developing centers of influence and referral sources.
- Comprehensive understanding of products and services relevant to the target client segment.
- Awareness of the business implications of decisions, with a focus on profitability and alignment with strategic goals.
- Basic understanding of credit underwriting principles.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred.
- Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) preferred.
