Position Summary:
The Senior Private Banker plays a crucial role in enhancing client relationships by identifying opportunities to deepen existing connections. This position involves proactively advising clients on their financial needs and showcasing the full range of our Private Bank's services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive new business inflows across all product lines (Credit, Investments, Deposit) within the existing client portfolio.
2. Lead complex credit opportunities, including structured credit deals.
3. Foster organic growth in book balances and year-over-year revenue.
4. Act as the Chief Operations Officer for the client team, coordinating relationship management activities to ensure a superior client experience.
5. Identify opportunities for further business integration with internal partners.
6. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate new client acquisition.
7. Cross-sell products to existing clients.
8. Evaluate clients' financial data and investment objectives, recommending strategies aligned with their risk profiles.
9. Ensure timely provision of relevant information to the credit department for efficient underwriting and decision-making.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5-7 years of experience managing relationships with high net worth clients.
- Experience in credit origination is essential.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and partnership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of banking and credit, with a general understanding of investments, trust, and wealth transfer.
- Ability to develop effective sales and negotiation skills for business development.
- Strong understanding of products and services relevant to the target client segment.
- Awareness of the business implications of decisions, with a focus on profitability and alignment with strategic goals.
- Basic understanding of credit underwriting principles.

Licenses and Certifications:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) preferred.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred.
- Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) preferred.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Compensation:
The targeted salary for this role is competitive and may include incentive compensation and benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Health Savings Account, and Paid Time Off. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skills.
