Network Support Analyst

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Network Support Analyst:
The Network Support Analyst will maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripheral. Assist in monitoring and helps on the use and interface of systems, subsystems, and software applications. Will perform basic operation, monitoring, installation, troubleshooting, relocations, or maintenance of network equipment. Identifies and resolve complex network related issues. Prepares or assist in the preparation of service record documentation.
Required Skills for the Network Support Analyst:
- 8+ years’ experience with computer operations, of information systems, of computer software and hardware, and of information security policies and procedures.
- 8+ years’ experience interpreting and applying rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Skills in problem solving techniques. Skills to recognize, analyze, and resolve network problems.
