This position will oversee the daily operations of the church office. The ideal candidate must have a High School Diploma or higher education and five plus years of experience in responsible administrative capacity.

Duties:
  • Administrative support for the Pastor and  two ministerial staff.
  • Prepare and produce weekly newsletter and quarterly reports.
  • Manage the church office and records.
  • Assist the church Treasurer with financial operations such as tracking member contributions and issuing annual giving statements.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by the Pastor and/or Chair of the Board of Directors.
Key Competencies and Qualifications:
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated high level proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products.
  • Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
