Job Summary

The University of California, Office of the President, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Administration Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Budget, Financial Planning and Analysis department, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning, policy analysis, and fiscal administration functions of UCOP.

Responsibilities will include coordinating and supporting projects, working closely with senior leadership and teams to align schedules and deliver outcomes, managing complex and sensitive scheduling, and providing administrative support to the department. You will also be responsible for managing the quarterly review of the BFP&A website, providing recommendations for improvements, and implementing website changes. Additionally, you will oversee documentation and updates of budget policies and stakeholder procedures, and participate in the development and revision of communications, PowerPoint presentations, and other written materials.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience/training. Strong MS Word and MS PowerPoint skills, as well as working knowledge of MS Excel, are required. Familiarity with budgets and financial management is a plus. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
