Augie Leopold Promotional Products is Metairie based promotional products distributor, established in 1959. We distribute custom printed promotional items, including apparel and gift items. We also provide onsite warehousing with daily distribution to any domestic or international location.
About the Job
Providing administrative support with the majority of duties being administrative tasks and various sales support functions. It requires initiative and functioning in fast-paced office environment. Must be comfortable working on projects that require a high level of organization, accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Duties
- Printing, entering paying vendors invoices
- Matching invoices to orders, checking and alerting salespeople and bookkeeper of discrepancies
- Answers phone; qualify incoming inquiry calls and ensures all inquiries are dealt with accurately timely and in a professional manner.
- Create, edit, and distribute correspondence, mass mailings
- Organize in house deliveries
- Job does require some physical demands with shipments to clients, vendors and inventory within the office. Including, but not limited to packing, unpacking, moving and stacking boxes potentially up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of administrative assistant experience
- Computers skills with Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Computer skills with QuickBooks is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Well organized with an aptitude in problem solving
- Effective direct verbal communication with vendors and clients
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks is required
- A team player with a high level of dedication
