We are in search of a Property Administrator for our client in Metairie, Louisiana. The role involves the use of various software systems, including CRM and Microsoft Excel, to manage property-related tasks. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and your primary responsibilities will include everything from lease administration to customer service. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:

• Utilizing proprietary software systems for property management tasks

• Processing and managing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer credit records

• Resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally

• Overseeing customer accounts and taking necessary actions when required

• Managing property-related tasks using Accounting Software Systems and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

• Assisting with leasing consultant duties as needed

• Training on the use of IBS proprietary software

• Ensuring smooth communication and relationship management with tenants

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management and report generation

• Must possess proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with CRM tools is essential

• Familiarity with Management Systems is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary

• Prior experience as a Leasing Consultant is beneficial

• Experience in Property Management is a must

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• A high level of attention to detail is essential

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities required

• Knowledge of property laws and regulations is beneficial

• A degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
