Office Assistant

- Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
- Arranging for meetings by reserving rooms and securing refreshments
- Maintaining office equipment like copiers and fax machines for smooth office functionality
- Receiving clients when they arrive and showing them the respective offices
- Conducting research and compiling data upon request
- Managing office supplies, including refreshments
- Opening, sorting and distributing mail and faxes
- Scheduling travel arrangements for senior executives
- Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets
- Light accounting duties
- Preparing documents such as invoices, memos and financial statements and using word processor or presentation software
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics operations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (desired but not required).
