Medical Receptionist Team Lead

Position: Medical Receptionist - FULL TIME
Responsibilities:
- Lead the way in greeting and welcoming patients as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Assist in scheduling staff and ensuring coverage for each provider's patients and schedules.
- Assist training for new hires.
- Set the example of Superior Quality Customer Service.
- Assist the Front Desk Supervisor with the implementation of new processes and coaching of team members.
- Direct patients to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist Supervisor, Front Office Lead, or similar lead role.
- Proven Leader.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Computer experience (medical office is a plus).
- Professional attitude and appearance are a must.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
