Key Responsibilities of a Call Center Representative:

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Schedule service appointments and handle customer concerns.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and accounts.
  • Use mapping/routing software to schedule multiple daily routes.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Support service professionals with scheduling changes and requests.
Requirements for a Call Center Representative:

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software.
  • 2+ years of call center experience, in routing/scheduling with a service company or dispatch.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean driving record, and successful completion of drug testing and criminal background check.
Work Environment:

  • In-office position, 5 days a week (no remote work).
  • Traditional office setting with extended periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Regular phone and email communication required.
