General Accountabilities·
- Answering phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
- Communicating with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Entering information using a computer and Microsoft Excel
- Assisting customers with scheduling appointments for different departments
- Assisting customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
- Must be available to work flexible hours and on weekends
Job Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience a plus
- Must by 18 years or older
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
