General Accountabilities·

  • Answering phones and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
  • Entering information using a computer and Microsoft Excel
  • Assisting customers with scheduling appointments for different departments
  • Assisting customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours and on weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience a plus
  • Must by 18 years or older
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
