PAY: $16 PER HOUR.
JOB SUMMARY:
  • Candidates must have strong skills in using a PC and experience with Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
  • Support Sales & Warehouse Department for assigned tasks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • ISO, customer-related procedures, basic industry and product, ERP system, EDI system, report generation.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • MS Office, Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Process order entry into the database accurately
  • Perform basic customer service duties
  • Assist the Sales Executive in achieving a high level of customer confidence in the company
  • Maintain files and generate reports
  • Maintain the internal database by inputting related information
  • Support each department as they require
  • Perform other duties as assigned (Operation-ASN)
  • Receptionist
  • Allocate and wave all orders from the sales department.
  • Printing held format report to if items need to do replenishment.
  • Follow customer requests to print inner labels.
  • Place all waved orders on the order desk and make all processes smooth.
  • Make box numbers after double check and packing lists when the order is finished.
  • Printing UPS Shipping Labels and Saved UPS Daily Shipping Reports.
