Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including typing correspondence, reports, and records.
- Proofread outgoing correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Search for, assemble, and summarize information from management systems, files, and other documents as requested.
- Arrange meetings and conferences, including room reservations, scheduling, and notifying participants.
- Assist in the preparation of agendas for meetings, contact attendees, and prepare correspondence and minutes of meetings.
- Make travel arrangements for personnel, including hotel and rental car reservations, plane and train tickets, and travel authorization requests.
- Maintain assigned office calendars and schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Manage designated executive's office files, including establishing new files and disposing of outdated records.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Four years of experience performing office administration duties without day-to-day direction.
- Ability to pass a Federal Government security/background check and a drug check.
- Accurate typing of at least 35 wpm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
