Key Accounts Development Sales Manager

An effective Key Accounts Development Sales Manager must have great aptitude in building and maintaining customer relationships. They also must possess excellent planning and strategy, consultative sales skills, and professional communication abilities to coordinate and advise Key Account Management, Directors, and Executive Management regarding the progress of new client development.
Responsibilities:
- Plan budgets and activities for key account management for existing and potential customers.
- Develop strategies and business plans for new client development for key accounts.
- Gather applicable data and prepare weekly reports for the Executive team to review key metrics for Key Account business development.
- Develop and be the point of contact for your key account customer portfolio and potential key account leads.
- Understand your key account customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and either generate new business or maintain and grow existing business.
- Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to your key account clients.
- Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen key account customer trust in iKrusher and its products.
- Travel as needed to key account customers or potential key account clients.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Sales Director or similar position for a minimum of 3-5 years.
- Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress.
- Knowledge of developing business plans and presentations for Key Account Customers as part of new client revenue.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and/or relevant software (e.g. Salesforce or other CRM solutions).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships.
- Outstanding organizational and sales skills.
- Excellent desire to sales prospect with a “hunter mentality”.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, marketing, or relevant field.
- 30-50% Travel requirement.
- Salary of between $90,000 and $140,000 annually which includes commission, quarterly and annual work performance bonus.
- Salary plus bonus eligible (quarterly and annually) plus commission. Onsite Only.
- Remote is not allowed.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage effective the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
- Eligibility for Paid Sick Time and Vacation time after 90 days of employment.
- Eligibility for our 401K plan following 90 days of employment.
- 7 paid holidays per year.
