About the Role

Xcel Management Inc is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person role that involves meeting with small to medium-sized business owners to discuss their telecom services.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about our products and services, and troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns. You will also be responsible for documenting and updating customer records based on interactions and developing a knowledge base of our evolving products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and retention
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
  • Document and update customer records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed advice to clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
