About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in the Northeast region. This role will be responsible for managing key customers in the Shooting Sports industry, targeting new accounts, and growing long-term partnerships with existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Account Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Shooting Sports industry to provide valuable insights to customers and drive sales.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Strong background in B2B sales or account management is essential.
  • Location: Must live in the Northeast area, including Maine, Vermont, New York.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 software suite, knowledge of various state shooting laws, and ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives at once.

Estimated Salary:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
