Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, train and support staff.
- Maintain culinary standards, oversee food production, ordering, cost control.
- Demonstrate passion for hospitality through excellent service, product knowledge.
- Foster team connections for collaborative teamwork.
- Utilize problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities for effective leadership.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: up to $60,000.
- Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years current experience as a salaried Sous Chef in a Full Service or Upscale Casual restaurant.
- High volume background - must have Sous Chef experience in restaurants doing over $4 million in sales per year.
- Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees.
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed.
- Sous Chef candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
