Job Summary:Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is required for this role. The Business Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, including communicating and coordinating with our sister companies in Taiwan and China, optimizing processes, providing solutions and support to staff, and ensuring that operations align with the company’s strategic goals. Experience in manufacturing settings and being a hands-on manager are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the company, both within and across different departments.
  • Supervise activities and support team members in the Logistics, Procurement and Quality departments.
  • Prepare, review, and handle legal documents and agreements.
  • Support HR-related activities and functions.
  • Manage and improve company policies, procedures, and systems to streamline processes.
  • Process and manage legal compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, resources, and assets to optimize cost-efficiency.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate and support management meetings.
  • Manage and assist in projects and assignments.

Qualifications:
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident required.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum fifteen years of experience in related fields, including five or more years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese required.
  • Understanding and working experience in manufacturing settings are essential.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
