The Landscape Enhancement Supervisor (LES) plays a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of commercial landscaping projects and multiple service crews. This position involves scheduling personnel and resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality enhancement services to our clients, assisting Account Managers with estimates and client interactions, and independently promoting enhancement services. The LES is also responsible for training and mentoring team members, ensuring the highest standards of operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage regularly with Account Managers to assess and address client requirements
  • Oversee all landscape enhancement operations, coordinating necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Conduct property inspections and formulate actionable service plans
  • Diagnose irrigation system challenges and propose solutions
  • Monitor the health of landscapes post-service and resolve issues such as pest or disease infestations
  • Provide hands-on assistance to crew members as necessary
  • Implement and uphold company policies and operational procedures
  • Manage crew schedules and address staffing requirements
  • Train and develop team members on equipment usage, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks
  • Prioritize safety and maintain comprehensive safety records
  • Oversee administrative functions and manage material orders
  • Support enhancement sales initiatives

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a 2-year degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership roles
  • Certification in the Installation of Hard and Softscapes
