Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

HOW YOU'LL FIT
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a recruiting dynamo who makes great, lasting, first impressions on job candidates. You will work with hiring partners to determine ideal talent profiles and locate the best possible folks to come aboard. You will be engaged throughout the hiring process, from creating job postings to setting new hires up for first day success. You'll play a key role in anticipating future hiring needs while also setting the strategies to meet them. You'll build and nurture a wondrous pipeline of talent to prepare for tomorrow's staffing needs today. You'll champion Carvertise values every day and we'll have a lot of fun doing it
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Makes incredible first impressions by conducting prompt, respectful and enjoyable interviews in a variety of settings to include virtual, in-person, phone
- Seeks and identifies strong talent pool ensuring staffing needs are being met in an efficient and timely fashion
- Sets and manages end-to-end hiring processes to ensure process efficiency, positive candidate and coworker experience, and achievement of key hiring targets and metrics
- Forges strong hiring manager relationships while obtaining deep understanding of roles and needs to determine best possible fits
- Digs Carvertise culture and ensures core values alignment within recommended applicant pools
- Supports and implements various hiring strategies, such as employment brand, to build candidate engagement, improve talent pipelines and create company mojo
- Source applicants through social and/or professional channels, such as LinkedIn and industry networking groups; actively works the job boards; identifies new posting channels
- Creates job descriptions, job postings, interview questions and scorecards that reflect the unique requirements of each position
- Attends conferences, job fairs and other recruitment events as needed to build strong candidate pipeline and nurture key components of our employment brand
- Maintains complete and accurate hiring records, including resumes, interview notes and related documentation per retention policies in place; leverages objective measures to support decisions
- Leverages social media for candidate marketing: builds employment brand and identify; identifies unique channels for candidate engagement
- Performs other projects and duties as requested, assigned and/or needed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- BA/BS in business, Human Resources, marketing or a similar discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3 years recruiting and/or talent acquisition experience required.
- Must have demonstrable experience executing successful talent strategies.
