Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our team at Giving Tree Realty. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will play a critical role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, and driving the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:- Liaise with buyers and sellers to ensure seamless transactions
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to assess property value and condition
- Utilize our CRM to track interactions and monitor sales processes
- Prepare and present market research reports, partnership models, and other business documents
- Build strong relationships with clients and prospects to overcome objections and secure deals
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
$70,000 - $135,000 per year
