Talent Acquisition Manager

UniFirst is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Recruiting team, you will be responsible for driving strategic recruitment initiatives across the United States and Canada.

- Inspire and mentor our internal recruiting team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Oversee team dynamics, set clear objectives, and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities to team members.
- Lead with a focus on customer satisfaction, integrity, strategic agility, and a holistic enterprise mindset.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for all Sales Recruitment initiatives.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and continuous process enhancements.
- Manage special projects and initiatives related to sales recruiting as necessary.
- Foster strong partnerships with Sales Leadership, hiring managers, and key stakeholders, ensuring a consultative approach that addresses diverse recruitment needs across various markets.
- Oversee the effective use of our Application Tracking System (ATS) and additional hiring platforms (e.g., Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn).
- Provide weekly progress reports to the C-Suite and Executive Leadership teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Leverage data analytics to assess and refine current hiring processes, delivering actionable insights to leadership and hiring teams.
- Experience: 5-7+ years in full-cycle recruiting and/or sales experience, with 3-5+ years in a leadership capacity demonstrating a track record of driving results through mentorship and team development.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo preferred) and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
- Tools Mastery: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with on-site presence 2-3 days per week.
- Willingness to travel as needed, up to 20%.
- Proven experience in collaborating with and influencing senior leadership.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated capability to drive results through effective coaching and mentorship.
- Strong analytical, project management, and reporting skills.
