Land Acquisition Specialist

As a Land Acquisition Specialist  at  Ryan Homes , a brand of NVR, you will assist the land acquisition department in analyses used to acquire raw land or finished lots for our homebuilding operations.

What you will be doing:

Develop and maintain a land pipeline tracking system. Research and identify new opportunities resulting from municipal driven rezoning and infrastructure improvements. Utilize GIS software and related resources to identify target development parcels. Prepare New Site Selection forms for new and ongoing deals requiring investment decisions. Perform resale and new home comparable analysis. Prepare land development timeline and budgets for entitlements. Complete Community Position analysis for new acquisitions and ongoing communities requiring investment decisions. Prepare presentation material used to facilitate the RFP process for Raw Land Deals. Assist homebuilding division partners with the preparation of financial analyses, development timelines, plans, budgets and Proformas.

Qualified applicants have/are:

Bachelor's degree, major in Business or Finance is preferred Excellent analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Efficient communicator, both written and verbally Organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
