Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Lead and execute sales strategies to drive growth in our ServiceNow business.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the ServiceNow business at Randstad Digital.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  6. Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the ServiceNow platform to effectively position Randstad Digital services and solutions.
  8. Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
  10. Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  1. Thrive in a matrixed organization, balancing the needs of the client against business initiatives and goals.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to the Alliance partner and the account team in a consultative manner.
  3. Be a catalyst that pulls stakeholders together to drive strategic initiatives and enable revenue growth.
  4. Experience in ServiceNow products and Workflow Automation concepts and value propositions.
  5. Understanding of critical services and regulatory interaction models within financial firms.
  6. A proven record of selling complex digital, technology, and/or managed services solutions to the
