The Role: Enterprise Sales Director

Location: USA (remote)

Remuneration: $negotiable, to include generous options & commission.


The Company

Series B SaaS venture focussed on helping the world largest retail brands analyze and optimize shopper experiences. Their product leverages AI to deliver deep insights across retail operations and shopper behaviors. It's the only product of its kind and with 150 people across Europe and the US, as well as investment from some of the world's top VCs, they are poised to grow considerably over the coming months/years.


The Role

As part of their planned growth they are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director who can originate and grow business in the retail vertical. Reporting to the SVP Sales, you will join a small team dedicated to closing business with the largest retail businesses in North America.

You will engage closely with potential clients to understand their requirements, align solutions with their needs, foster relationships, and ultimately drive subscription license sales.


The Candidate


To be successful in this role you will most likely have:

  • Demonstrated success in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Technical consulting experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Skilled in preparing renewal proposals, forecasting, and account planning.
  • Experienced in negotiating multi faceted sales contracts and navigating legal and procurement processes.
  • High comfort levels working within a startup environment.
  • Experience in martech or retail tech is preferred.
