We are currently seeking a multi-faceted Account Supervisor to lead ongoing strategy and day-to-day management of campaign development and general branding efforts.
Description
Our Senior Account Executive will act as a business partner for our client, with a focus on staying nimble and digitally fluent in an evolving marketing landscape. This person will confidently navigate their team and our client through the development of a variety of projects—including print, digital, radio, television, social, and content marketing.
What you’ll be doing for us…
- Act as the primary client contact for all Point of Sale projects, as well as a key contributor to radio, experiential, digital and television projects.
- Co-supervise and aid in the development of Intern and Assistant Account Executive
- Working in tandem with the Hispanic agency partners, manage Hispanic radio & TV production for their respective projects
- Serving as a team training resource and a subject matter expert in your client’s business, industry, products, and goals to clearly define client objectives and actionable strategies.
- Meeting regularly with team leadership to identify and address potential issues that may impact the client’s business and client relationship.
- In tandem with Account Director, collaborate across teams to develop creative briefs, production schedules, estimates, and creative to present for client approval.
- In conjunction with Account Director, briefing internal teams and partnering with media agencies to ensure proper agency direction and integration with brand image.
- Turning client feedback into actionable direction for creatives and other departments.
- Working across departments to develop agency recommendations and POVs for client review.
- Providing consistent and accurate status reports, conference reports, and other documents to the client as needed.
- Working with account leadership on initiatives for applicable planning, strategy, brand positioning, and new product development.
What we’re looking for from you…
- A college degree or business equivalent
- Proficiency across social media channels and Microsoft Office tools
- 3-4 years of client management experience (advertising agency account management experience preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with projects for integrated, social, and digital media
- A strong attention to details while keeping the big picture in mind
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to take initiative and lead by example
- A knack for proactively finding solutions—you consider yourself a maker and a doer
- A curiosity about evolving social and digital landscapes, and a genuine love of advertising
Job Type:
- Full-Time
- Hybrid in office and remote (3 days in, 2 days out) in our Buckhead office
