What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Create, plan, and implement the sales strategy, strategic sales, and business development initiatives for target industry segments
  2. Identify new business opportunities in emerging sub-segments and applications
  3. Execute and communicate a compelling strategic value proposition through sales agents, distributors, specifiers, and end-users

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 10+ years of leadership experience in a growth-oriented, dynamic industry leader in a comparable size/scope role
  2. Must have experience with Panduit's industry, channels, partners, and distributors
  3. Strong organizational leadership skills to inspire and motivate sales teams
  4. An MBA is preferred for this position; a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience is required
  5. Ability to travel 50-75% to Panduit and Customer sites
