Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable market growth in the Higher Education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve annual new business targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Higher Education market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and networking
  • Collaborate with operating partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver sales proposals and presentations to secure new business
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Higher Education sector
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets
  • Strong sales and sales-related function skills, including commitment to Compass Sales Process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
