Sales Director

As a Sales Manager at Coverall North America, Inc., you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales objectives and initiatives. You will work closely with the Vice President, Sales, and General Manager of your region to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, mentor, and develop the selling skills of sales representatives in your region, including observational joint sales calls, role-playing, one-on-one coaching sessions, and running weekly sales meetings.
- Develop and implement sales plans, manage sales reporting functions, and hire and train new sales representatives as needed.
- Perform ongoing performance evaluations, including annual performance reviews, and provide strategic input to the organization.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with General Managers and Regional Vice Presidents to ensure smooth working relationships within the company.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of successful sales management experience, with a proven track record of personal sales success.
- Significant training and experience in consultative selling techniques, with the ability to communicate these techniques to outside sales representatives.
- Experience managing employees in hybrid and remote applications, with a strong focus on sales coaching and development.
