Job Title: Senior Manager, North America Events

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, North America Events to lead our regional events team and drive the success of our events program in North America. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive events strategy that showcases our brand and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional events strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of events professionals to plan and execute conferences, trade shows, user groups, and other events in North America
  • Oversee the development and implementation of event budgets, timelines, and logistics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of events
  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure high-quality event execution
  • Monitor and analyze event metrics to inform future event strategies and optimize results

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and events management, with a focus on large-scale events
  • 8+ years of team leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience working in a high-growth business environment, with a strong understanding of the tech industry
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges
