The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful client acquisition, a robust network in the Atlanta HOA and Condo community, and demonstrated experience in recruiting talented managers to keep our pipeline filled and aligned with growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

New Client Acquisition:

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the HOA and Condo management sectors in Atlanta.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to grow the client base and meet or exceed revenue goals.

Relationship Management:

  • Leverage existing relationships in the HOA and Condo industry to facilitate introductions, referrals, and new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with HOA and Condo boards, developers, real estate professionals, and other industry stakeholders.

Market Research & Strategy Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging needs, and potential business opportunities in the Atlanta area.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create competitive, innovative service offerings and tailor pitches to the needs of target communities.

Recruitment & Talent Pipeline Development:

  • Proactively recruit experienced community association managers to join EAM, ensuring a continuous pipeline of skilled professionals ready to support new business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential hires and industry professionals, attending recruitment events and industry functions to engage top talent.

Proposal Development & Presentation:

  • Prepare and present customized proposals to HOA and Condo boards, highlighting EAM’s unique capabilities and value proposition.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of EAM’s services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and networking events.

Contract Negotiation & Closing:

  • Lead contract negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with EAM’s business goals and client expectations.
  • Drive deals through the closing process, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.

Brand & Community Building:

  • Represent EAM at industry events, networking functions, and association meetings to enhance brand visibility and create business leads.
  • Actively participate in professional associations and industry groups to stay connected with key players and industry trends.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Track and report on business development activities, revenue growth, recruitment efforts, and client acquisition targets.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress against goals and areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of business development experience, specifically within the HOA and Condo management industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships within the Atlanta HOA and Condo market.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting skilled community association managers to support organizational growth.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of HOA and Condo management operations, trends, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to business development and recruitment.
