The Digital Media Mid-Market Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of growth for this business segment. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of key growth motions in the Mid-Market segment for Adobe’s Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate a business owner mindset, with balance of strategy and execution experience and consistent track record of driving growth in fast-paced environments.

What You'll Do

  1. End to end planning, execution and optimization of key sales motions based on customer insights.
  2. Drive funnel inspection to identify what’s working or not, and secure cross-functional alignment on recommendations.
  3. Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to drive growth through levers such as propensity models, marketing campaigns and seller enablement.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations, optimize customer experience and unlock new growth motions for the business.
  5. Proactively identify new opportunities for growth and pilot new GTM motions to scale the business.
  6. Partner with Sales & Finance on opportunity sizing and target setting.
  7. Drive ongoing business inspection and specific deep dives in QBR/ RTB meetings.

What You Need To Succeed
  1. BA/BS preferred OR 10+ years of experience driving product marketing and go-to-market OR equivalent practical experience.
  2. Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data and translate them into actions.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams across the organization.
  4. Self-starter with positive attitude and proven experience driving business impact in complex, fast-paced environments.
  5. Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
  6. MBA, or consulting experience preferred.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
