Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to secure new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for Ciellos. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Represent Ciellos and at multiple industry events throughout the year.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the services team based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Perform account management for select customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation campaigns.
  • Deliver presentations to showcase Ciellos’ offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields;
  • Existing relationships with System Integrators and Independent Software Vendors in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques;
  • Proven experience in technology sales (8+ years), preferably in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
