Summary:

  • Passionate about developing and expanding Newtex's eCommerce sales channel through strategic product placement, pricing, competitive analysis, advertising, and social media.
  • Must be capable of managing multiple tasks and work streams, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and excellent execution abilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Actively manages inbound leads through pipeline to create new opportunities and close deals.
  • Recommends products, quotes, negotiates pricing, and closes deals
  • Solves customer issues using available Newtex collateral and functional experts
  • Solicits new business via outbound calls, emails, and trade shows
  • Solves order or product issues collaboratively with Newtex colleagues
  • Advises manufacturing of specific order requirements and keeps customers informed of delivery dates and/or issues
  • Actively uses and maintains Zoho CRM database of leads, prospects, opportunities, and accounts
  • Adjusts discount levels and pricing for products
  • Uses data to analyze trends, pricing, sales shortfalls, and demand growth in an effort to meet and exceed goals


Marketing Coordinator

  • Stays current and aware of economic, market, product channel and competitor developments.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Design, Customer Care, and Supply Chain to develop marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and supporting video and ads
  • Responsible for social media presence, including graphics, articles, commentary and customer feedback/posts
  • Works with web agency and SEO/SEM experts to enhance Newtex digital reach.
  • Responsible for quality and consistency in messaging, literature, advertising, trade shows and Newtex.com website
  • Manages primary eCommerce channel via Amazon. Identifies products, branding, content, imagery, pricing and supporting ads
  • Uses Google Analytics, Amazon reporting, Qlik and other tools to closely track areas of success, areas of further support, and areas to eliminate.
  • Performs competitive analysis of all relevant eCommerce competitors.
  • Keeps Newtex.com current and fresh with new imagery and content; Fully versed in current CMS (Content Management System)
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 4 year college degree, marketing or business preferred
  • Type 30 words per minute; Fluent in MS Office, highly proficient with web applications including adobe, google analytics and Zoho/Salesforce CRM
  • Fluent in English; Second language desirable
  • High energy, can-do attitude, able to work well across teams and job levels
  • High emotional intelligence, good listener, able to clearly follow directions
  • Self-motivated, accountable for assignments with minimal oversight
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
