Marketing Specialist


Location: High Point, NC


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with 3 years of  experience to join our vibrant Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating events and tradeshows, marketing automation, and supporting various marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Event  Coordination

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events and tradeshows
  • Coordinate event marketing campaigns, including email invitations, social media promotions, and follow-up communications
  • Ensure all events are executed flawlessly, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism


Marketing Support

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, email automation and lead generation strategies
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging content for digital and print channels, including monthly newsletters
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral, ensuring all materials are current and on-brand


Administrative Duties

  • Project creation and management in Asana
  • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team as required
  • Other relevant tasks that may be assigned


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing specialist or similar role
  • Experience with lead generation marketing best practices
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and also collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with event planning and execution
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
  • Amenable to work onsite at our High Point HQ
