Join Our Team Listing Coordinator Position Available


Are you a master of organization? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're on the lookout for a full-time listing coordinator to join our dynamic real estate sales team


Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm (Alternate weekends for phone coverage)


Pay:$20 to $25 per hour depending on experience

Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Sell homes quickly by maintaining the listings on social media and in MLS to provide excellent customer satisfaction
  • Supervise all parts of seller transactions, from first contact to the execution of purchase agreement, allowing real estate agents to sell more homes
  • Schedule property inspections with customers and vendors to clean and prepare homes to sell fast
  • Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties
  • Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents
  • Manage all aspects of seller transactions
  • Prepare listing information and obtain necessary signatures
  • Handle MLS listings and social media postings
  • Coordinate property cleanings, junk outs, repairs, and showings
  • Maintain sales activity database
  • Requirements:
  • Real estate license preferred but not mandatory
  • Prior experience in real estate or related field
  • Familiarity with MLS systems
  • Reliable transportation
  • Spanish speaking skills a plus
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • College experience preferred but not required to apply
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages preferred
  • Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs
  • Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Licensed in real estate or is pursuing a license
