Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the Director of Growth, North America, the BDM will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth strategy in the United States. This role will include identifying marketing initiatives, customer acquisition and retention strategies, and performance measurement.  

Responsibilities:

  • Provide key inputs in developing and implement a robust growth strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives effectively.
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team to successfully secure prospective clients and build business relationships
  • Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels.
  • Identify trends and key business drivers (new products, services, or promos) to improve revenue performance and customer retention as well as maintain a competitive edge against competitors
  • Identify enterprise customer needs, sales and business expansion opportunities, and propose appropriate products and/o
  • Implement marketing initiatives in North America, leveraging both digital and traditional channels to drive customer acquisition.
  • Align with the North America growth team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
  • Support professional development and training for the growth team in North America.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a growth-focused role, with a track record of driving business growth.
  • Extensive knowledge of growth strategies, marketing, sales funnels, and customer acquisition and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategy and decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience leading and inspiring teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus.
