Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Understand the product, its functionality, and how to diagnose and resolve issues regarding the product
  • Contact via phone or email customers questions regarding the installation, or troubleshooting of components
  • Coordinate with on site technicians troubleshooting procedures, and assist with troubleshooting as needed remotely
  • Assist customers in product return process
  • Generate the returns process of product and collaborate with the quality control engineer for returned product to be inspected
  • Process warranty claims of defective components
  • Issue the initial credit request of returned product
  • Create tickets within the CRM System, and initiate your findings with the technical support lead
  • Initiate orders for on-site inspections, repairs, or parts per customer requests
  • Communicate with Hunter Industrial’s sales team for resolutions of their customers inquiries
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary with an ability to quickly develop relationships with all levels of customers.
  • Should possess an approach to all stages of follow-up with customers regarding product.
  • Administrative skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work within a team environment are also required.
  • Basic electronics, fire systems, and electrical knowledge preferred.
  • Organized, and data/record keeping skills
  • Ability to utilize MS Office & Salesforce
