Sales Executive

What we’d like you to bring to the table for this role…
- You have ideally 7 consecutive years of success in a new logo software/SaaS sales role, ideally in a scale-up environment (you’re used to the ambiguity that high growth environments can often bring).
- You’ve worked closely with sales leadership in the past and have a track record of adding value to deal cycles outside of simply generating new opportunities.
- You can demonstrate how you’ve been successful selling/prospecting into decision makers (ideally Director and C-Level): your approach to written and spoken communications is nuanced, mature and credible.
- You’ve ideally worked in a business selling complex SaaS products to high-value enterprise and public-sector (SLED - state, local, and education) accounts - you’ve developed a solid understanding of the complexity and nuance of enterprise deal cycles and have excellent research skills.
- You’re structured and focused in the way you approach time management: you can demonstrate that you’re able to hit your activity-based metrics, while leaving time for more strategic work, too.
- Our target accounts are mostly within government and/or public sector, so if you've had experience selling into SLED markets, that would really make your profile stand out. That said, we may be expanding into new verticals in 2024 and 2025, so if you have a strong track record of success selling into other industries, we’d be very interested to hear about that, too.
- You're a skilled user of much of the modern salesperson's toolkit and will be able to hit the ground running using platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MixMax, Lusha, etc.
- You’ll be part of a small but very experienced sales and marketing team, rapidly scaling its sales processes, with a meritocratic approach: we want to promote and retain our top performers.
- You’ll work alongside solid leadership with decades of diverse experience and mentorship related to SaaS sales and the diversity and labor management industry.
- You’ll be given a motivating compensation and commission plan to reward you for your stellar work.
- You’ll have the opportunity to help create sales processes from scratch and define the sales strategy.

- 5+ years direct SaaS selling experience – no exceptions to this.
- Love of software and willingness to learn the B2Gnow products in depth.
- Strong desire to collaborate with other sales and marketing team members to make processes better for the current team and future team members - a trailblazer.
