Job Overview: The Social Media Manager will develop, implement, and manage TCB’s social media strategy. This role will enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive brand awareness through social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for social media trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with TCB’s marketing goals and brand identity.
    • Identify and evaluate new social media trends and emerging platforms to expand TCB’s reach.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content (e.g., text, images, videos) for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of social media posts.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, including comments, messages, and reviews, promptly and professionally.
    • Foster a positive community and build relationships with followers, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates.
    • Utilize data to optimize content and strategy and provide regular reports to the marketing director.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance analysis.
    • Work with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives.
  • Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure consistency in TCB’s brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social media platforms.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media best practices and guidelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Social Media Engagement: Achieve target numbers for likes, shares, comments, and followers across platforms.
  • Content Production: Meet monthly targets for the number of blog posts, videos, and other content pieces.
  • Content Engagement: Maintain or exceed target engagement rates (e.g., 50% engagement rate per content piece).
  • Campaign ROI: Achieve a minimum return on investment for social media advertising campaigns (e.g., 300% ROI).
  • Click-Through Rate (CTR): Maintain or exceed target CTR for digital ads and email campaigns (e.g., 2.5% CTR).
  • Brand Mentions: Increase the number of brand mentions in media, blogs, and other platforms.
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction scores (e.g., 4.5/5).

Qualifications:
