Qualifications –

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related roles, with a focus on developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing brand identity and positioning in competitive markets.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and brand performance measurement.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate brand objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality branding and marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in brand management tools, marketing analytics platforms, and project management software.
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders, investors and other parties
  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying current with emerging trends and best practices in brand strategy and marketing.

 

Un jour dans la vie de (A day in the life of) –

The Director of Brand Strategy plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand identity and market positioning of the organization. This position involves developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately, achieve business objectives. The Director will provide the leadership and guidance to make the Vie Brand, the leading brand for accommodations in the United States.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and market presence.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead the development of brand messaging, creative assets, and marketing campaigns to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality branding and marketing materials on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, perception, and loyalty, to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization in brand strategies and initiatives, based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand strategy and marketing.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the brand strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and sales teams, to align brand strategies with business goals and objectives.
  • Present brand strategies, plans, and performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing recommendations for future initiatives and investments.
