ROLE SUMMARY

Are you prepared to spearhead the transformation of Luxury Brand Partners' online presence? As the Head of Social Media Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's digital narrative. Your objective: to engage and inspire our audience through innovative content that showcases our premium hair care offerings.

Leading a dynamic team of social media coordinators and collaborating with creative visionaries, you will work closely with marketing, creative, and product development teams to design and implement strategies that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand's visibility across all digital platforms. Your enthusiasm, creativity, and strategic insight will be essential in elevating brand recognition and cultivating meaningful connections with our community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leader: Formulate and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's mission and goals. Regularly assess and refine the strategy to maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly changing digital environment.

Content Creator: Oversee the production of visually captivating and engaging content, including images, videos, graphics, live broadcasts, and written material, for our social media channels, website, and other digital outlets.

Motivational Manager: Lead and inspire a team of social media and content creators, offering guidance, constructive feedback, and mentorship to ensure the highest standards of quality.

Platform Specialist: Manage and enhance our presence on various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter. Stay informed about platform updates and trends to optimize engagement.

Community Advocate: Build and maintain relationships with our online community by promptly addressing comments, messages, and feedback. Encourage user-generated content and foster meaningful interactions.

Brand Ambassador: Ensure that all content aligns with the Luxury Brand Partners' identity in terms of style, quality, and tone.

Analytical Strategist: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate social media performance metrics. Provide regular insights and reports to the executive team, highlighting achievements and areas for enhancement.

Content Coordinator: Develop and manage a content calendar that guarantees a consistent and cohesive brand presence across all digital platforms.

Trend Analyst: Stay abreast of hair care and social media trends to identify opportunities for innovative content and marketing strategies.

Resource Allocator: Manage the budget designated for social media and content creation, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Compliance Specialist: Ensure all content complies with industry regulations and best practices for transparency and authenticity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in social media and content management within the beauty sector, preferably in professional hair care.
  • Thrives in entrepreneurial environments and is self-driven.
  • Strong grasp of social media algorithms, advertising, and digital marketing trends.
  • Exceptional creative and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for hair care and beauty trends.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of all current and emerging social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, Facebook, and more.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Lifting: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
  • Reaching: Extending hands and arms in any direction.
  • Sitting: Must be able to remain in a seated, stationary position throughout the workday.
