Leading a skilled team of social media coordinators and collaborating with creative visionaries, you will work alongside marketing, creative, and product development departments to design and implement strategies that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand's visibility across all digital platforms. Your enthusiasm, creativity, and strategic insight will be crucial in elevating brand recognition and nurturing deeper connections with our community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Innovator: Formulate and manage a holistic social media strategy (including Live Content) that aligns with our brand's mission and goals. Regularly assess and refine the strategy to remain at the forefront of the rapidly changing digital environment.
Content Creator: Oversee the production of visually appealing and engaging content, including photography, videography, graphics, live broadcasts, and written materials, for distribution across our social media channels, website, and other digital platforms.
Motivational Leader: Guide and motivate a team of social media and content creators, offering direction, constructive feedback, and mentorship to ensure exceptional quality in all outputs.
Platform Specialist: Manage and enhance our presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter. Stay informed about platform updates and trends to optimize engagement.
Community Advocate: Cultivate and maintain relationships with our online community by promptly addressing comments, messages, and feedback. Promote user-generated content and foster meaningful interactions.
Brand Ambassador: Ensure that all content adheres to the Luxury Brand Partners identity in terms of style, quality, and tone.
Analytics Expert: Utilize analytical tools to monitor and evaluate social media performance metrics. Provide regular updates and insights to the executive team, emphasizing achievements and areas for enhancement.
Content Strategist: Develop and uphold a content calendar that guarantees a consistent and cohesive brand representation across all digital platforms.
Trend Analyst: Remain updated on hair care and social media trends to uncover opportunities for innovative content and marketing strategies.
Resource Allocator: Manage the budget designated for social media and content creation, ensuring effective resource distribution.
Compliance Specialist: Ensure all content complies with industry regulations and best practices for transparency and authenticity.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in social media and content management within the beauty sector, preferably in professional hair care.
- Thrives in entrepreneurial environments and is self-driven.
- Strong grasp of social media algorithms, advertising, and digital marketing trends.
- Exceptional creative and narrative skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for hair care and beauty trends.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Thorough knowledge of all current and emerging social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, Facebook, and more.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Lifting: Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
- Reaching: Ability to extend hands and arms in any direction.
- Sitting: Must be able to remain in a seated, stationary position throughout the workday.
