When you join us as a High Risk Breast Patient Coordinator you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

  • Review and implement our risk assessment tool for breast imaging patients
  • Entering, maintaining and developing statistical information and reports
  • Handles all specimen collection samples
  • Assists with the tracking and monitoring of BI-RADS 4,5,6 as needed
  • Scheduling of patient procedures and exams
  • Implements and reviews policies and procedures related to the breast navigation program
  • Notify the patient's physician or provider with positive biopsy results as needed
  • Handle delicate situations in a supportive and empathetic manner
  • Attend and participate in various meetings and trainings as required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Self-motivated and proven ability to work both independently or effectively as a team with a variety of healthcare specialists
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with a minimal amount of supervision and effectively establish work priorities
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to concentrate in multiple and varied tasks
