Position Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented eCommerce Sales Associate to join our team, with a specific focus on listing and managing products sold through our online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our product offerings are accurately and attractively presented to maximize online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Create, update, and optimize product listings across multiple online marketplaces and platforms
- Ensure accuracy in product descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization
- Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with marketplace guidelines
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging product descriptions and high-quality images that align with brand standards
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of online marketplace and eCommerce platforms
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies related to product listings is a plus
Credentials and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to sit for long periods of time
- Continually spend long periods of time looking at a computer screen
