We are looking for talented and dedicated sales professionals to work in our call center to bring in new clients and grow our business. In this role, you will be receiving pre-qualified leads from our front-end sales agents and you are responsible for closing deals. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas. Also, loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market. You must be well versed in digital marketing and have what it takes to be a consultative seller and build client relationships.
Job Summary:
- Be a trusted Marketing Advisor to prospective clients who are small business owners in multiple industries across the US and Canada
- Engage with prospects to understand their current business goals and marketing needs
- Explain the benefits of various digital marketing channels including Local SEO, Local Directories, Paid Advertising, Website engagement, ecommerce, Social Media, Email Marketing and more
- Recommend the right digital marketing plan based on those needs
- Feel comfortable in a phone sales environment
- Field inbound sales calls transferred by an Opener team
- Manage a sales pipeline with outbound follow up
- Accomplish key performance indicators (KPIs) consisting of daily targeted phone calls, transfers and closed deals at a minimum of 25% close rate
- Accurately and consistently document client information into proprietary CRM
- Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Working effectively in a team environment to support achievement of sales goals
- Strive to consistently gain sales skills and knowledge to stay agile in today’s competitive market
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven track record of sales success in a highly transactional environment
- Prior telephone sales or in person sales experience
- Ease and interest in connecting with people
- Knowledge of digital marketing, market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Curiosity to learn and motivated to win
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software
- Have a stamina and hunter mentality with key decision making
- Ability to multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency
- Thrive within a fast-paced inbound and outbound sales call environment
- Persistent and positive “can do” attitude
- Open to coaching and training in order to increase sales performance
- Unstoppable attitude and possess a high need for competition and achievement
- Well organized and great attention to detail
